What if you’ve never played an instrument? What if you can’t sing? What if you don’t feel like you’ve got musical talent?

Great news! It. Doesn’t. Matter. There are so many things you can do to immerse your young child in music, and these things are EASY.

But (and this is important) we don’t go into camping weekends expecting it to be super fun or relaxing for us - often it’s neither. But ALWAYS, and I mean always…it’s worth it.

Think hard about the words and phrases you want your children to use. Make sure those become the words and phrases you use habitually.

But for better or worse, our most determined family member is also our most physically fit. And she was determined to see that view, and I was not going to be the one to tell her no. So I pretended I wasn’t dying and we booked it up that mountain!

Take time to just exist in nature in autumn. Light that fall candle and watch the way the sunlight falls across the floor.

It’s like you can see them forming positive connections with nature…you can just feel the calm. It’s really beautiful if you just let it be.
